Single-family home in Ann Arbor’s Old West Side historic district. The project consisted of a gut renovation and re-configuring of existing structure as well as the addition of a large living area and master suite. Additional living space was created by deepenin basement beneath existing structure. The home features a custom steel and walnut interior staircase as well as several other custom features crafty by Sentiny, LLC.
